  Stepps Cottage Self Catering Accommodation:

Built in 1958, extended in 1972 and fully renovated in 2021 our previous family home, Stepps Cottage, now provides modern, spacious holiday accommodation with an outdoor hot tub where you can enjoy uninterrupted views of Ben Nevis, Carn Mor Dearg and Aonach Mor (Nevis Range Mountain Resort).

There is a smart TV in the livingroom, as well as books, games and jigsaws for your entertainment. WiFI is provided and there is good mobile phone reception throughout.

Stepps Cottage has air-source underfloor heating throughout the property, with individual thermostats in each room.

The accommodation comprises:

• a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, fridge-freezer and microwave;

• a spacious open-plan dining room and living room with double-height ceiling and patio doors that lead to a large outdoor seating area and hot tub - taking advantage of the panoramic views of Ben Nevis and surrounding mountains.

• a generous utility room/drying room with a washing machine, tumble-drier and plenty of shelf and storage space for outdoor gear.

• The accommodation in Stepps Cottage is all on one level and sleeps up to 8 people. There are two double bedrooms, both with king-size beds; and two twin bedrooms, both with 2 single beds in each. All bedrooms are ensuite with either a shower and/or bath. Bed linen and towels are provided (and included in the price).

Outside there is a large lockable shed which has a workbench and space to store up to 8 bikes or kayaks,
and a number of skis/snowboards and other outdoor equipment. The shed has a power supply, hose
and padlocks to secure your bikes etc.

There is parking for up to 4 vehicles.

We welcome up to 2 pets - please note that the garden is not enclosed. Our livestock fields are
fully-fenced but we respectfully ask that you keep pets under control while outside.

Smoking is not permitted in Stepps Cottage.
